I didn't expect that with less than an hour a week of training, I would see such rapid physical changes!
Plus, aches and pains in my body subsided or went away, energy levels skyrocketed and I have time to have a life outside of the gym! Family is important to me and I have a complicated one... (who doesn't right?) so I needed something that didn't take a lot of my time. I work full time as a massage and bodywork therapist, co-own and run SD and have two young boys and a girl on the way! I don't and certainly won't have, more time to spend in the gym.
I needed something that wasn't time consuming, and with SD I started with 45 minute workouts every 3 or 4 days for about a month, and now I train every 4 or 5 days for about 30 minutes. That's it!
Research and studies out there all point to the same thing: Short, High Intense weight bearing exercise stimulates bone growth. The body transformation is just a side effect ;)
